Covid Policies

We encourage wearing a mask, especially in crowded areas, when at the Schorr Family Firehouse Stage.

Patrons are no longer required to show proof of vaccination upon entry.

When does the house open?
  • The box office will open for check-in one hour before showtime.
Minimizing Contact
  • Patrons will check in with the Box Office. Electronic tickets may be scanned, but physical tickets will not be distributed, collected, or torn.
  • Patrons experiencing illness should contact the box office to exchange their tickets for a later program.
  • Patrons are asked to gather their party and check in together where practical.
Office/Volunteer Event Staff
  • Employees must sanitize work stations throughout the day, particularly with shared work spaces and equipment.
  • Anyone exposed to close or direct physical contact with someone confirmed to have COVID-19 must self-quarantine for 5 days and seek testing as soon as possible.
Facility
  • All surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized between each event.
  • A new HVAC system was installed in the summer of 2021 to suppress airborne and surface microorganisms and pathogens including viruses, bacteria, and mold. Windows were also installed to increase airflow.
Hygiene
  • Hand sanitizing stations and wipes will be available both inside and outside.
  • Staff and patrons are encouraged to continue rigorous hand-washing.
Production Staff
  • Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are conveniently placed throughout the facility and should be used regularly.
  • Individuals exposed to close or direct physical contact with someone confirmed to have COVID-19 must self-quarantine for 5 days.
