Box Office

The Box Office for the Schorr Family Firehouse Stage is run out of our Administrative Offices on the second floor of 67 Broad Street in Johnson City. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The phone number is 607.772.2404, ext. 1.

Event tickets may be purchased on this site by following the links in each event listed. If you have purchased tickets online and have any questions or concerns, please contact the Box Office at 607.772.2404, ext. 1. Tickets may or may not be available to purchase with cash at the door, depending on availability. We recommend buying tickets early, so you can arrange for the seats you want and to avoid shows selling out.

Following, please find our Box Office Rules:
  • Ticket sales are final and refunds may only be available if a performance is cancelled.
  • If a patron misses a performance due to illness, they can contact the Box Office to book a complimentary replacement ticket for a future performance. If possible, please notify the Box Office prior to the performance that you cannot attend due to illness.
  • Additional safety information can be found on our FAQ page.
  • A “Senior” is someone who is 65 years of age or older.
  • A “Child” is someone under 14 years of age.
  • A “Student” is a full-time high school or college student.
  • If you need any special accommodations, please notify the Box Office at least 12 hours in advance.
  • In the event of inclement weather or other emergency, and an event needs to be cancelled, we will notify all those for whom we have contact information. We will also post any cancellations on the website and our Facebook page.

Guest Code of Conduct

All Schorr Family Firehouse Stage (SFFS) guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Any behavior disregarding the code of conduct as determined by facility management can result in ejection and possible arrest by Johnson City Police.

Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way.

Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:
  • Standing on chairs/seats/tables/platforms.
  • Intoxication, excessive alcohol consumption, or disorderly conduct.
  • Fighting or challenging others to fight.
  • Interference with the event or its participants in any way.
  • Throwing, tossing, or discharging any object.
  • Using profanity and/or other offensive words and gestures.
  • Harassing, taunting, or using offensive language against the performers, other guests or staff.
  • Disturbing other patrons’ enjoyment of the event.
  • Failing to comply with the facility personnel.
  • Violating SFFS rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Violating any local, state, or federal laws.

SFFS management reserves the right to deny entry or eject patrons from the facility, including guests displaying inappropriate behavior, as determined by the event management.

The Schorr Family Firehouse Stage is an intimate and flexible performance venue located on the first floor of a Municipal Building Fire Station on Willow Street in Johnson City, NY. This venue currently houses over 65 events per year in an annual season that runs from September to June, including Comedy, Music and Kids shows.
